Dr Seuss Day

Dr. Seuss birthday was today so we decided to have a Dr. Seuss day. The girls played on Suessville.com while I got ready to go into town. Then Belle and McKenzey read green eggs and ham while I actually made Green Eggs and Bacon – I simply just added green food coloring to egg white and scrambled the eggs. Neapolitan Eggplant Permaesan

Impression book -cooking – chief belle

The girls decided to make an impression book. They found crayons and ripped all the paper off and then ran around the whole yard and made an impression of every different texture they could find. Kid approved meal: meatball sandwich with yellow squash dippers

he Kid approved meal with a meatball sandwich with yellow squash dippers. McKenzey decided to help me make dinner and then we took pictures of her food creations.  She came up with the menu (with some help) and then helped me cook the whole thing.
