We wanted to do a magic show today but had no idea how to do any of them. So what did we do, went to our trusted iPad 2 – got on youtube.com and look up Magic show for kids, by Maryjlockwood – and found a whole bunch of videos that showed us step by step magic tricks and how to perform them and the science behind why they worked.
The girls each picked two tricks to learn and perform for those at home. I made the girls practice several times before we shot the videos….
The girls got so excited that they actually worked we decided we would do a step by step video on how to do them if any other kids wanted to try it… Hint Hint … send us your videos we would love to know if they worked for you or if you found out anymore neat magic tricks
After our magic show the girls made candy maps, colored them and drew pictures so I could tell where each house was located. The best part of the day was when the girls made me lunch and played waitress for the rest of the day. I must say it was so nice to be waited on and served right at my desk while I worked on this awesome blog… HAHA
