Valentine Chocolate Pretzels with Sprinkles and marshmallows

Valentine Chocolate Pretzels

The girls miss being in town with all their friends and getting Valentine’s from everyone so we thought we would make Valentine for all the people at our campsite.  I had brought chocolate chips with us as we headed out on our adventure across the USA.  The girls came up with this idea when we went to our weekly grocery store visit, so I bought all the fixing to get them started.  The best part is this is easy to make in a small space like a camper. Mini Monster Mouth

monster mouth

Mini Monster Mouths are my kids favorite recipes.  My oldest daughter refused to eat spaghetti for the longest time, funny thing is she would eat all the elements that made up spaghetti separately (meat, sauce, cheese, and pasta) but not together.  I found this recipe in a book I bought years ago, Simple 1-2-3 Cooking For Kids, and put my own spin on the recipe to hide the fact it had so much tomato sauce.  The funny thing is she says she hates cheese now, but LOVES this recipe and also. Mini Monster Mouth Cook time:  15 mins Total time:  15 mins Continue reading

To do the science part first you need to print the scientific method sheet.  The question we asked was: What happens to whole milk when you add heat and vinegar to it? We began by pouring a gallon of whole Continue reading
